 This heavy-duty submersible sewage pump features a robust, all-cast-iron construction with a coaxial design that integrates the motor and pump body into a single, durable unit. Located beneath the pump body, the impeller—available in large-aperture vortex or single/double-channel configurations (as shown in the image, the bottom impeller features a wide design with a distinct red inner lining to enhance wear resistance and flow capacity)—delivers exceptional non-clogging and anti-winding performance, effectively allowing for the passage of large solid particles and long fibrous debris.
 
Key Features:
High-flow design: The bottom impeller features a wide opening, providing strong solids-handling capability (capable of passing solid particles up to approximately 50% of the pump's discharge diameter, and fibrous materials up to 5 times the diameter).
Fully submersible structure: The motor incorporates multiple built-in protection mechanisms (against water ingress, overheating, etc.), ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation within sewage environments.
Corrosion- and wear-resistant cast iron material: Ideal for use in harsh sewage environments.
Compact structure: Offers flexible installation options (suitable for both portable and automatic coupling guide-rail installations).
Integrated support base: Features a bottom support stand for smoother and more stable operation.
This pump represents a typical WQ/QW-series non-clogging submersible sewage pump, making it particularly well-suited for handling sewage, wastewater, and rainwater containing solid particles, fibers, and sediment.

Working Principle: The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, generating centrifugal force that draws sewage in from the bottom and discharges it through a wide flow channel. Thanks to the vortex or large-channel impeller design, solid debris passes naturally along with the fluid flow, minimizing the risk of entanglement or clogging within the pump body.
