The multistage pump may vibrate after installation because of an incorrect installation or because of an unbalanced impeller. If the pump is installed incorrectly, the impeller can become unbalanced, creating an imbalance of force in the pump which can cause the pump to vibrate. Additionally, the pump may vibrate due to a misalignment of the shaft and the motor, which can cause the pump to vibrate and become inefficient. Lastly, the pump may vibrate due to a foreign object that has become lodged in the pump, such as a piece of debris or a broken impeller blade.
1. Vibration caused by multi-stage pipeline pump design
Insufficient rigidity in the design of the mining multistage pump, incomplete consideration of the hydraulic design of the impeller, no strict requirements on the static balance of the impeller, poor structure of the bearing housing, and insufficient solidity of the foundation plate are the reasons for the vibration of the pump.
2. Vibration caused by low manufacturing quality of multi-stage pipeline pumps
The out-of-tolerance coaxiality of all rotating parts in the manufacture of mining multistage pumps, and the rough manufacturing quality of the impeller and pump shaft are the reasons for the vibration of the pump.
3. Vibration caused by multi-stage pipeline pump installation problems
During the installation of the mining multistage pump, the foundation is not leveled and aligned, the pump shaft and the motor shaft do not meet the coaxiality requirements, the pipeline configuration is unreasonable, the pipeline produces stress deformation, and the foundation bolts are not firm enough, which are the reasons for the vibration caused by the pump.
4. Vibration caused by multi-stage pipeline pump running and not running
Centrifugal pumps with too high rotating speed were used in the selection, improper operation resulted in small flow operation, poor sealing state of the pump, and lax inspection of the operating state of the pump are the reasons for the vibration caused by the pump.
