Daily maintenance

1. It is necessary to keep the appearance of the fire pump clean and tidy, the connection of the pump body and its supporting equipment is in good condition, the rotating parts are flexible, the oil circuits, circuits and instrument connectors are firm and reliable, and the wires are not loose

2. Check whether the capacity of the fuel tank, engine oil pan, heat exchanger, water diversion tank and foam liquid is sufficient, and add it in time if it is insufficient

3. In order to ensure that the fire pump can be put into operation at any time, ignite the engine and check the starting performance of the engine.


First-level maintenance, lubricate and fasten every three months or accumulatively run for 100 hours

1. Clean the exterior of each assembly of the unit, the vent plug, clean the air filter, and clean the exterior of the battery

2. Tighten the engine, water pump, transmission, and pipelines, and adjust the tightness of the belt

3. Check the oil level of the crankcase of the engine, add if necessary, check the lubricating oil level of the engine and water pump

4. Lubricate each lubrication point as required


Secondary maintenance, further inspection and adjustment every six months or after 500 hours of accumulative operation

1. Clean the oil filter, replace the filter element, clean the fuel tank, oil pump filter and pipeline, clean the oil pan and oil pump suction plate

2. Check the engine lubrication system, replace new engine oil and paper fuel filter; check electrical equipment, clean and lubricate the starter and engine bearings

3. Check and adjust the valve clearance and the advance angle of the fuel injection pump, disassemble and check the fuel injection pump and fuel delivery pump if necessary, and check the fuel injection pressure and spray conditions of the high-speed fuel injector

4. Check the liquid level and electrolyte concentration of the battery, and dredge the air hole on the battery cover, and charge it if necessary.

5. Check the tightness of the pump body, close the inlet and outlet of the pump, and test the vacuum degree with a vacuum pump. When the reading of the vacuum degree dial reaches 0.79MPa, stop the test and the vacuum degree should not drop more than 0.03Mpa/min. If the vacuum degree drops too much Check the cause of air leakage and eliminate it in time


Three-level maintenance, generally after 1000-1500 hours of cumulative operation, or when the engine power performance is significantly reduced, diesel consumption increases, black smoke or blue smoke is emitted from the exhaust, etc., the overall decomposition will be carried out to eliminate hidden dangers

1. Disassemble and inspect the engine assembly, remove carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, exhaust pipe and muffler, measure the wear of the cylinder, replace the piston ring and cylinder liner, clean the cylinder block, oil pan and filter screen of the oil filter, and clean the heat exchange deposits in the radiator and engine water tank, check the thermostat

2. Check the clearance of connecting rod bearing and crankshaft main bearing, replace the bearing bush, check the axial clearance of camshaft and crankshaft, and adjust

3. Disassemble and inspect the parts of the water pump, clean and change the oil, disassemble the foam mixer, and remove the dirt

4. Conduct a pressure test of 1.5 times the rated outlet pressure on the pipeline output system, and replace leaking pipe fittings and valves in time
