1. Modularized design improves construction efficiency
The pumping unit has been assembled with motor, pump body, control cabinet, base and pumping pipe in an integrated way when it is shipped from the factory. Only the power supply and fire hose need to be connected on site to start, which effectively avoids cumbersome assembly, improves the construction quality, reduces the performance deviation caused by misoperation, and shortens the installation time by more than 70%. This modularized design also facilitates system replacement and functional upgrades by maintenance personnel, enhancing the flexibility of equipment life cycle management.
2. Intelligent control cabinet realizes intelligent linkage
The control cabinet has built-in PLC and HMI touch screen with manual/automatic mode switching, automatic pressure fluctuation compensation, automatic fault alarm and self-diagnostic functions. The system can be connected to the building BMS or cloud platform to realize remote monitoring, start-stop operation and status recording. When the pressure fluctuation exceeds the preset range, the pumping unit will start to regulate to ensure seamless water supply at the end of fire fighting. The multi-dimensional data recording and remote alarm function greatly enhance the visualization and operation and maintenance efficiency of the fire protection system.
3. Energy-efficient motor
The motor of the pumping unit adopts the national level energy-efficiency or higher grade motor, equipped with high-power starting ability, which can play the rated output in a short time. The motor adopts all-copper winding, optimized gas flow design, with IP55 zinc-plated cast aluminum casing and high air volume cooling fan to ensure the heat dissipation effect during operation. The system can realize long time operation without overheating, which not only ensures the real-time fire response, but also reduces the energy consumption and the risk of heat generation.
4. Specialized fire pump body
The pump body is made of firefighting grade material in accordance with UL/FM standards, with high casting precision, and the internal channel has been analyzed and optimized design, which can not only achieve high flow head, but also reduce turbulence in the suction chamber to reduce energy consumption and noise. Mechanical seals are resistant to high temperature and abrasion, and are equipped with manual replenishment and cold start functions to ensure that they can still be activated smoothly in case of a sudden drop in water pressure during a fire, which is suitable for a variety of complex firefighting application scenarios.
5. Quick connection and installation
All piping interfaces are equipped with German or national standard flanges and quick-release hoses before leaving the factory; the control cabinet is pre-wired internally, the panel is clearly labeled, and the installation can be completed after the 21 terminals are wired on site. The standard configuration of quadrangular bolt feet and buffer pads, without large-scale foundation construction, no significant vibration when fully loaded, not only to speed up the commissioning, but also convenient for maintenance and replacement.
6. Energy saving and consumption reduction characteristics
Integrated electric pumping unit eliminates fuel, gas and smoke exhaust system, lower running costs than diesel pumps by nearly 50%. When the system is running, it can monitor the current, voltage and power factor, and through the three-phase voltage imbalance detection, it can freeze the operation in time to reduce the risk of overloading, and avoid the slope of energy consumption to the maximum extent. Together with the intelligent control system, it can optimize the logic of starting and stopping the pumps smoothly, and prolong the life of pumps and motors.

The pumping unit meets the needs of industrial, commercial, residential, education and healthcare scenarios, supporting the configuration of main pump, pressure stabilizing pump and standby pump, and is suitable for fixed foam, hand-held pumps, fire hydrant systems, water curtain/sprinkler systems and other applications. The system has built-in high and low pressure alarm, over-temperature protection, phase sequence protection, fault locking function, and can be linked to start the sound and light alarm or sprinkler fire, multi-level protection design to ensure that the system risk minimization. The control cabinet is made of explosion-proof or fire-proof material, equipped with emergency pump stop button and motor manual drive interface, which is convenient for quick isolation and safe switching during maintenance.
